Miriam: Hi Claudia, how are you? I haven't seen you in a long time.

Claudia: I know! I’m fine, and you?

Miriam: She is so big now. Look how time flies. (She shows her a photo.)

Arrival and Ordering Drinks

David: Welcome to New York Burger. My name is David, and I'll be your waiter. How many people are there?

Claudia: Table for two, please.

David: All right, come with me this way. (They sit at a table.)

Miriam: Thank you very much.

David: (He leaves the menu card on the table.) Do you want something to drink while you decide what you want to eat?

Claudia: Yes, of course. A bottle of still water, please.

Miriam: And for me, a Coke Zero.

David: Very good. As you know, the soft drinks are unlimited; you can consume all you want. I'll explain our offer: we have a promotion for fourteen euros which includes an appetizer, main course, dessert, and drinks. Alternatively, if you wish, you can order something off the menu that is not included in this promotion; it is not a fixed price like the menu.

Claudia: Okay, we'll look at the menu and let you know.

Miriam: (She raises her hand as if calling him.) I’m sorry, could you come here for a moment?

David: Yes, tell me. Are you ready to order?

Miriam: Yes, please. For the appetizer, we'll take the New York Nachos. For the main course, a Queens burger, cooked medium, with fries and extra bacon.

Miriam: Yes, thank you.

David: Perfect. And you, Miss?

Claudia: I'm also interested in this promotion. A Marilyn Monroe for the appetizer, and an Empire State burger, but no jalapeños, and well-done meat, please.

David: What kind of sauce do you want?

Claudia: Mustard and honey.

Wedding Plans and Honeymoon Excitement

Claudia: You must be very hungry, right?

Miriam: The truth is, yes. It's been a long time since I ate this calmly, and the occasion deserves it. By the way, have you finished all the preparations for the wedding?
