Unfortunately, we cannot hold the Marketing and Sales meeting on March 14th, as originally planned. This is due to the fact that some members of the Sales Department are attending an important exhibition on that date.
We would like to reschedule on March 21st, a week later. The meeting will still be in the conference room on the 3rd floor from 10:00 till 14:00, and there will be a lunch break. Please confirm your attendance. If you are unable to attend, let me know as soon as possible.

I am writing with regard to our order of spare parts for our engines - invoice #12345. This order was delivered to our factory yesterday. Unfortunately, all the items are faulty. They are 5mm too long and cannot fit into the engines. This has caused us great inconvenience, and we may lose a lot of money as a result.
Please send us a new order immediately. Furthermore, I feel that you should offer us some form of compensation for this inconvenience. I look forward to hearing from you.
