Shooting Fundamentals

- Low ball velocity (soft touch).

- Push sequence (Foot, knee, hip, arms).
- Separate the non-dominant hand (off-hand).

- Keep the ball away from the defender as much as possible.
- Orientation toward the basket.
- Dissociation of hip, shoulder, hand, and ball movement.
- Controlling the ball without looking at it (head up).
Features
- Dribble with the hand furthest from the defender.
- Vary the speed and direction of the dribble.
- Purposeful dribbling (driving toward the basket).
