Structure of Collective Bodies
a) Chairman
- Appointment: Designated according to procedure.
- Functions:
- Represents and communicates for the body.
- Convenes and sets the agenda for meetings.
- Ensures compliance with laws and regulations.
- May adjourn meetings for valid reasons.
b) Secretary
- Appointment: Designated according to procedure.
- Functions:
- Manages and executes decisions of the body and the chairman.
- Prepares and distributes meeting agendas and materials.
- Records and stores meeting minutes and official documents.
- Issues authorized certificates and acts.
c) The Chamber
The Chamber is the collective body in a plenary meeting, consisting of all its members with specific rights and duties.
Sessions
Collective bodies meet in sessions convened by calling all members with a set agenda.
Adoption of Agreements
Agreements violating essential rules for the formation of the collective body's will are automatically void.
