   Provide all necessary information to avoid misunderstandings.

4. Correctness

   Show empathy and tailor your message to the recipient's understanding.

   Use polite and respectful language, mindful of cultural differences.

1. What is a Public Blockchain?

Public blockchains are open networks that allow anyone to participate. This permissionless nature means anyone can join the network and read, write, or participate in the blockchain.

Public blockchains are decentralized, meaning no single entity controls the network. Data on a public blockchain is secure because it is virtually impossible to modify or alter data once validated on the blockchain.

Features of Public Blockchains:

• High Security: Secured by mining and the 51% rule.
• Open Environment: Open for anyone to join.
• Anonymous Nature: Participants can remain anonymous, enhancing privacy.
• No Regulations: No strict regulations on platform usage.
• Full Transparency: The ledger is publicly viewable, ensuring transparency.

Causes of the Crisis of 1917

As Spain benefited from exporting to other countries while workers continued to receive the same wages, a crisis formed that affected several areas:

• Social Crisis: The socialist unions (UGT) and anarchist unions (CNT) called a general strike with the aim of overthrowing the political system of the Restoration.
• Military Crisis: Soldiers joined organizations called Juntas de Defensa Militar and demanded higher salaries. They also called for political changes and the continuation of the war in Morocco.
• Political Crisis: Catalans, Republicans, and Socialists met in an Assembly of Parliamentarians and tried to impose political reform. However, the assembly was dissolved by the government.
