The Legal Structure
Underserved in its legal structure, companies are classified into two blocks: Individual Companies are those that belong to a natural person who directs them, as in traditional businesses, and are liable for debts even with their personal property. Business Partners or Companies: These have one or multiple owners contributing the necessary production factors for their use. The liability of limited partners is restricted to their minimum contributions, ensuring their solvency. The most common types of companies are Anoima Society. The minimum contribution is 60,101.21. Contributions from partners are not always monetary and are divided into fractional shares that represent ownership of the company or grant management rights and economic rights. Limited Company: The minimum contribution is 3,005.06. The liability of members is limited to the shares held, but unlike stocks, the consent of the other partners is needed for transfers.
Components of a Company:
Every company has goods and services and a number of elements to operate correctly: Human Element: All persons linked to the company, such as directors and administrators. Capital Assets or Production: Economic assets that a business possesses, which include: Fixed Assets, consisting of goods or equipment aimed at contributing to productive activity, and Current Assets, which are assets that are renewed regularly and are in constant circulation. The Organizer-Money: The employer identifies the set of relations of authority and communication, coordinating the activities of members of the business among themselves and with the outside. We distinguish a number of areas with specialized functions:
- Provisioning: Controls the purchase of materials and storage. - Production: Produces the product or service that is the subject of trade. - Business: Markets the product in the market. - Investment Resources: Attracts the necessary funds for the proper operation of the company and manages the investment policy. - Address: Organizes and coordinates the other areas to achieve objectives.
The Environment: The company is not an isolated entity but operates in an increasingly globalized world where borders between nations diminish. According to their degree of influence, we can distinguish: - General Environment: The set of factors that equally affect any type of enterprise. - Specific Environment: Includes those factors that influence the practical operation of the company.
