Title VII: Research and Sports Education
Article 55: Regulation of Sports Technicians
1. The Government, through the Ministry of Education and Science (MEC), will regulate the teaching of sports technicians according to the requirements set by various educational levels, access conditions, programs, and curriculum guidelines to be established.
2. Technical Training for Sport will take place in schools recognized by the State or, where appropriate, by the Autonomous Communities with expertise in education, as well as appropriate facilities within the military training system in accordance with the agreements signed between the Ministries of Education and Science and Defense.
3. The conditions for issuing technical sports titles will be established by the MEC.
4. The teachings referred to in this Article shall have validity and efficiency across the country. The Spanish Sports Federations which impose qualifications for the development of technical activities in clubs that participate in official competitions must accept the degrees issued by legally recognized centers.

Title VI: The Sports Titles
Article 55: Official Technical Sports Degrees
Under the terms established in the general legislation on the subject, for carrying out educational activities and sports training within the area of the Autonomous Community of the Principality of Asturias, it is required to be in possession of the relevant official technical sports degree.
Article 56: Training Programs
The sports administration of the Principality of Asturias, as part of its mandate and in collaboration with the State Administration, Asturias sports federations, and other officially recognized organizations, shall promote the development of technical training programs for sports at different levels recognized in general law on the subject.
Article 57: Conditions of Certification
Asturias sports federations, under the supervision and control of the sports administration of the Principality of Asturias, may set qualification conditions for individuals who exercise technical work in the clubs affiliated with them; they shall, in that case, accept degrees issued by legally recognized institutions.
Article 58: Technical Training Center for Sports
1. The sports administration of the Principality of Asturias shall create the Technical Training Center for Sports of the Principality for the planning, coordination, and development of technical training programs for sports.
2. Its operation will be developed by regulation.
