  • feudal monarchy: the power of the king was limited by the nobility and clergyman (control the law and the governments by parliaments). The king only could distribute the land. The privileged people make up the parliament, poland & holy   

  • absolute monarchy: the king had much power, his only limitation was the traditional rights of the nobility (they tried to use their power to cancel or disrespect them), they controlled the government, the law and the judiciary. The king could rule over the kingdom, extract taxes and they had a professional army. Spain, france, portugal, austria, prussia and sweden. 

parliamentary monarchy: the kings control the government, but the law and taxes were controlled by the parliament, where there are noblemen but also some bourgeois . The king could govern but he couldn't make laws,England.
