- Exercise Selection: Movements should be simple, varied, and fast to execute.
- Alternation: Interspersed exercises to work all muscle groups evenly.

Circuits can be implemented in several ways:
- Starting all at once with control based on the number of repetitions.
- Starting all at once with changes based on time intervals at each station.
- Gradual starts to avoid congestion.
4. Methodological Indications
The maximum duration is 20–30 minutes, accounting for station time, pauses, and repetitions. The pause is the time taken to move from one station to another, during which heart rate should be maintained between 120–130 beats per minute. Proper assembly and disassembly of the circuit are essential.
5. Physiological Aspects
- Muscular Tone: Exercises should promote overall muscle tone, especially in children.
- Recovery: Intensity should focus on aerobic endurance.
- Cardiovascular System: For optimal results, heart rate should be between 120 and 180 bpm for untrained individuals. Loads must be customized based on age and resting heart rate.
- Fatigue Curve: Even with pauses, total recovery is not achieved between sets.
- Stress Conditions: Aerobic (long duration with oxygen) vs. Anaerobic (high intensity without oxygen).
