My Academic Journey and Future Goals

If I pass my exam in September, I'll proceed with the university entrance examination. My ambition is to pursue studies in early childhood education, as I have a passion for teaching small children and find them incredibly funny. The cities where I aspire to study include:

  • Málaga
  • Córdoba

My parents have assured me that if I successfully pass my selectivity exams, I could apply for a place in one of these universities. Studying in another city would be a pleasant and memorable experience, since it would allow me to meet new people and foster greater independence.

A Close Friendship: Maria's Story

My friend's name is Maria. She has brown eyes and short hair, and she isn't tall; she is rather short. Maria is passionate about badminton; in fact, she competes in championships across Spain. I've known Maria for a long time, since we were younger and neighbors, which is when we became close friends. She's one year younger than me, so we aren't in the same class. However, we frequently go out together.

Maria is always very nervous, which I find quite amusing. She also aspires to become a teacher, and I believe she would be an excellent one because she's very skilled at explaining things to people. Sometimes, she even helps me with my homework.

My Summer: Study, Work, and Friendship

After finishing school in May, I enjoyed a few days of rest. In the middle of June, I began to study diligently for my English exam and for my driving license. During this period, I was also called to work in a factory. By August, I stopped working there and transitioned to studying full-time. Despite the intense study schedule, I managed to spend some days at the beach with my parents and my sister. Besides studying, I also went out with my friends and spent time in my swimming pool.

The most challenging day of this summer was having to say goodbye to my best friend, Ana, who is moving to Madrid for her studies. The week before she left, we made sure to spend a lot of time together. During the last two weeks in August, I started to feel anxious, fearing that despite all my study efforts, I might not pass my exams. I am particularly determined to pass my Language and English exams, as I've dedicated a significant effort to them this summer.

A Letter to Ana: Friendship and Future Hopes

Dearest Ana,

I hope everything is going great for you in Madrid! I miss you, even though we talk every day. We always dreamed of going to school together, but it wasn't meant to be. You know that since I finished high school, I've been studying very hard, while you've been preparing for your university entrance examination. You've always been incredibly supportive, for which I'll always be thankful to you. I've learned from you that every effort has its reward.

I hope I can call you soon and tell you that I've passed the university entrance examination! Well, Ana, this letter summarizes what I've been doing these last days of August: essentially, studying intensely. If I pass the exams, I'll send you a longer letter with all the details. I remember you told me to visit Madrid for Christmas, so don't worry, I'll definitely come to see you. Kisses,
