A Film I Really Enjoy: Harry Potter
Have you ever watched a movie that you just couldn’t stop watching? For me, that movie is Harry Potter. I love it because it has a lot of magic, danger, and unforgettable characters. Written by J.K. Rowling and released starting in 2001, the Harry Potter movies have captured the hearts of millions of fans around the world.
The Magic of Hogwarts
Harry Potter is a movie based on the books by J.K. Rowling. It tells the story of a young boy who discovers he belongs in the world of magic. He makes friends, faces big challenges, and learns more about who he really is. What I really liked were the sets, costumes, and the music.
The sense of mystery and discovery keeps the story interesting from the beginning to the end. I also appreciate the way the story shows the importance of friendship, loyalty, and making the right choices, even when it’s difficult.
Conclusion on the Wizarding World
To conclude, Harry Potter is a movie that’s hard to forget. It has something for everyone: magic, friendships, adventure, and a powerful message about believing in yourself. If you haven’t seen it yet, I recommend you give it a try. You won’t be disappointed.

A Formal Letter of Complaint
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about my recent stay at your campsite last weekend. My friends and I were excited about the trip, but we were very disappointed with the experience.
Issues with Reservations and Facilities
When we arrived, we saw that the tent area was full, even though we had booked our place in advance. The receptionist said our reservation was not in the system, even after I showed the confirmation email. She only said there was "a website problem," and she did not apologise at all.
The facilities were also in bad condition:
- The bathrooms were dirty.
- There was no toilet paper or soap.
- There were only a few showers for a lot of guests, so we had to wait for a long time to use them!
At night, the campsite was extremely noisy, and no staff member tried to control the situation. We felt uncomfortable the whole time.
Proposed Improvements and Compensation
I feel strongly that the campsite should improve its organisation. I suggest the following:
- The booking system needs to be reviewed so these problems do not arise again.
- The staff should be more polite and more helpful with guests.
- The bathrooms should be cleaned more often.
- There should be clear rules about noise at night.
I think we deserve some compensation, and I look forward to hearing from you.
