Clothing and Perceptions

People often believe that clothing influences a person's character or behavior. They may judge others based on their attire, perceiving certain styles as negative or aggressive. This mindset needs to change. Individuals should have the freedom to express themselves through clothing without facing judgment or prejudice. While progress is being made, there's still work to be done to create a society where people aren't unfairly judged based on their appearance. No one has the right to dictate another person's clothing choices.

Laura Caro's Future & Her Mother Araceli

Laura Caro's Future Aspirations

My name is Laura Caro, and I am the second of three sisters. Many people know me because I look a lot like my twin, Natalia. Since it's often hard to tell us apart, they call us "Caro".

I was born on February 13, 2001, in Barcelona. This year, I've come of age, and that has made me think about my future. A couple of years from now, I see myself finishing my studies and working as a professor of Castilian or Catalan literature in high schools. While I wouldn't mind being a Spanish language teacher, I would prefer to be a literature teacher because it's been my great passion since I was little.

I would love to live in a house with a garden and a swimming pool, but I know that teachers' salaries aren't high enough...

Camp Several and Miren

Ever since I first met my admirable friend Miren at a holiday camp several years ago, she has been my favourite, irreplaceable companion.

Miren's Appearance and Personality

  • At first glance, you can also see her long, blond hair, as well as a slender body, which make her look truly amazing.
  • As a rule, she enjoys wearing atypical clothes.

The most characteristic thing about Miren is her unprecedented sense of humour. It is rare to cheer everybody up in different situations, yet she always manages to do it. Moreover, she is the life and soul of a party, which makes her extremely sociable. Pointing

The Impact of Online Learning, Bullying, and the Refugee Crisis

English5.57 KB

Studying online:

The majority of students who do not have time but want to continue studying, decide to continue studying online. In my opinion, I agree to study online, as I think it can help you grow as a person.

For start, it is clear that studying online will offer you many opportunities. For starters, you have more time to do other things, like work. In addition, studying online allows you to disconnect from the classrooms and not be with more people. Finally, studying online can improve your academic performance and obtain better results, since you have no distractions from other people.

Secondly, I would love to be able to study online, since I could sleep more hours a day, I would not have to put up with the nonsense of some of my classmates...

Choosing Your University Path: Workload, Opportunities, Challenges

Understanding University Workload and Subjects

Tomas shared insights into university subjects and workload, noting that specific subjects vary by university. Generally, they include demanding courses like Mathematics for Economists, Econometrics, and Social Sciences, all of which are interrelated and require significant study hours.

Regarding workload, Tomas observed that private universities often have more contact hours than his public university. For instance, private institutions might dedicate four hours to a single subject on one day. In contrast, at UBA (University of Buenos Aires), students typically have two hours per day, often structured as two theoretical sessions of two hours each and one practical session of two hours. Many students...
