Formal Complaint Letter

Hospital Managing Director
Carretera Torrebonica, Terrassa, Barcelona
08227
15 March 2014

Dear Director,

I am writing to formally complain about the treatment I received during my recent four-day stay at your hospital.

First, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the nursing staff. They were consistently unfriendly and appeared unapproachable. When I required urgent assistance, there were significant delays. Furthermore, the care provided lacked gentleness and compassion; tasks were performed hastily and poorly.

Secondly, I am dissatisfied with the hospital's facilities and conditions:

Spanish Social Issues: Education, Family, and Consumerism

Key Social Topics in Spain

Right to Education

When we talk about the right education, we refer to the right to a school education for children. In Spain, education is compulsory until sixteen years of age. In underdeveloped countries, a great majority of children do not have this right, and most organizations work for this cause. Young People and Family Bonds

In Spain, families and friends are important and very close. A tradition is to gather the entire family on Sundays for lunch and spend the day together. From my experience, my family is very small but we are...

Unleashing Power: A Lyrical Expression of Dominance

English3.63 KB

Opening Refrain

Oh! This is the end of everything that I've known
Oh! This is the end of everything that I've known

So come on!

Verse 1: Unapologetic Rise

White boy on the beat, rockin' Gucci sneaks
All I do is win, Charlie Sheen
Started out in '06 and revived the scene
So many motherfuckers wanna be like me

Verse 2: Triumph Over Adversity

Came from the lowest of lows, rose to the top with a vision
My haters talking shit while washing dishes for a living
Fuck you bitches, I'm a business, I'll be kissing on your Mrs.
What you spend in 15 months is what I spend in 15 minutes

Pre-Chorus: Confrontation

Oh! Don't give a fuck about you
You hear me talking, motherfucker, and there's nothing you can do
You're a bitch, you're a bitch, don't make me pull the pin
I don'...

Jeans World,
Castletown, Co. Longford.

Dear Sir/Madam,

On Friday, June 9th, I bought a pair of Levi jeans in your shop. When I took the jeans home, I noticed two buttons were missing. I went back to the shop with the receipt and asked the shop assistant to exchange the jeans for a pair that were not damaged. She refused. She said the jeans were perfect when they were sold and said they had been damaged since leaving the shop. A quick look would have shown that buttons had never been sewn on and that it was most likely a fault that had happened in the factory.

I insist on my rights as a consumer and wish for an exchange or my money back. Please contact me at the above address as...
