Dear Mrs. Andrea,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding a recent experience with your car rental company. I reserved an electric car for a week-long business trip, scheduled for pickup at Seville Airport at 8:00 a.m. on May 5, intended for travel to Almeria.
Upon arrival, your staff informed me that only automatic vehicles were available. Although this was not my preference, I accepted the vehicle due to an urgent meeting with a supplier scheduled four hours later.
During my journey, the vehicle broke down on the highway. I contacted your office to request a tow truck, which took two hours to arrive. Consequently, I missed my meeting. My supplier was only able to reschedule for a week later, forcing me to incur additional costs for hotel accommodations and taxi services throughout that period.
I am requesting full compensation for these additional expenses. I look forward to your prompt response.

Dear Ms. Carla,
I am writing to formally complain about my recent experience with your company. I booked a 7-seater automatic vehicle for a three-day business trip in Amsterdam, scheduled for pickup on May 20 at 11:30 a.m.
Upon arrival, I was informed that only 5-seater vehicles were available, which was insufficient for my colleagues. Ultimately, I was offered two 5-seater cars. During the trip, one of the vehicles suffered an engine failure due to overheating. We waited an hour and a half for a tow truck, causing us to miss our scheduled meeting.
The meeting was rescheduled for the following day, resulting in an unplanned hotel stay that exceeded my budget. Furthermore, three colleagues traveled in the remaining rental car, while the other four were forced to use expensive taxi services.
I would like to receive compensation for these costs or, at the very least, a formal response regarding this matter.
