Decision-Making Processes

1. Planned vs. Unplanned Decisions

  • Scheduled: Routine and repetitive tasks.
  • Unplanned: Last-minute decisions that do not occur regularly.

2. Factors for Evaluating Alternatives

When solving a problem, consider the following factors: authority, biological or human, physical, technological, and economic.

3. Common Group Decision-Making Methods

  • Nominal Group Technique: Each member notes their idea, which is then discussed and voted on in secret.
  • Delphi Method.
  • Brainstorming.

Strategic Planning and Organizational Mission

1. Definition of Strategic Planning

Long-range planning that focuses on the organization as a whole.

2. Importance of Organizational Mission

Ransomware: How to Identify It

Ransomware, to identify it: Encrypted files/computers · Unable to access data · Ransom/payment demanded · Decryption key · Data stolen before encryption · Threat to publish data.

Description

Description: The company has suffered a ransomware attack. Ransomware is a type of malware that blocks access to systems or data, usually by encrypting files or computers, and demands a ransom in exchange for restoring access. Modern ransomware may also exfiltrate sensitive information before encryption and threaten to publish it, resulting in double extortion. The attack can severely disrupt business operations and cause financial, legal and reputational damage.

Assets Affected

Assets affected: The affected assets may include...

1. Internal Audits

Internal audits take place within your business. As the business owner, you initiate the audit, while someone else in your business conducts it.

Businesses with shareholders or board members often use internal audits to update them on the company’s finances. Internal audits are also a good way to check in on financial goals.

Although there are many reasons you may conduct an internal audit, some common objectives include:

  • Propose improvements
  • Monitor effectiveness
  • Ensure your business is compliant with laws and regulations
  • Review and verify financial information
  • Evaluate risk management policies and procedures
  • Examine operational processes

2. External Audits

An external audit is conducted by a third party, such as an accountant, the...

O‘zbekistonda jamoat birlashmalari tizimiga kasaba uyushmalari, siyosiy partiyalar, olimlar jamiyatlari, xotin-qizlar, faxriylar va yoshlar tashkilotlari, ijodiy uyushmalar, ommaviy harakatlar va fuqarolarning boshqa uyushmalari kiradi. Bu eski Konstitutsiyaning 56-moddasida belgilangan. Jamoat birlashmalarining faoliyat ko‘rsatishining asosiy sharti — ular qonunda belgilangan tartibda ro‘yxatdan o‘tgan bo‘lishi kerak. Ularni ro‘yxatdan o‘tkazish Adliya vazirligi zimmasiga yuklangan.

Jamoat birlashmalari eng muhim demokratik institutlardan hisoblanib, ular fikrlar va g‘oyalar xilma-xilligini amalda ta’minlovchi muhim vositadir. Yangi tahrirdagi Konstitutsiyamizda ushbu bob XIII bob. Fuqarolik jamiyati institutlari...

Aerodinâmica de Voo: Princípios Fundamentais do Planeio e Estol

Other subjects4.78 KB

Aircraft Flight Dynamics: Takeoff, Landing, Stability and Spin Recovery

Other subjects5.49 KB

Takeoff

Takeoff speed: 120% to 130% of stall speed (VS0).

Conventional gear: raise the tail to reduce drag and angle of attack.

Wind: headwind shortens the takeoff distance.

Ideal conditions: low altitude and temperature, runway slope, dry air, and headwind.

Landing

Three-point landing (conventional gear): idle power, stall.

Tennis-style landing: conventional gear, low RPM, touch the main wheels first, then keep the velocity on the track.

Conditions: rest on a slope (uphill or downhill) is the same.

Longitudinal Stability

Static stability: stable, dynamically stable, unstable, or neutral (preferred: unstable or indifferent).

The center of gravity (CG) must be in front of the center of pressure.

Lateral Stability

Lateral stability requires minimal effort....
