Invitation to Visit My New City

Hi Noel,

I hope you are doing well. Sorry for not writing earlier, but I have been very busy lately.

I just wanted to share some news with you. I have been living in my new city for a while now, and I really like it. It is lively and friendly, with many interesting places to see.

I would love to invite you to visit me for a weekend. We could:

  • Explore the old town
  • Try some local food
  • Visit the museum
  • Relax in beautiful parks
  • Dine at great restaurants

I am sure we would have a great time together and it would be nice to catch up. I think the best way for you to come is by train because it is comfortable, quite fast, and not too expensive. Let me know what you think.

It would be great to see you soon.

Best regards,
Álvaro R....

Protecting Our Planet: Why Small Actions Shape Our Future

English2.55 KB

Taking Care of the Planet Is Taking Care of Your Future

(Opening – calm and reflective tone)
Good morning, everyone. My name is Pablo, and today I want to share a simple but important lesson: Never judge a book by its cover.

That phrase doesn’t only apply to people or books — it applies to the world around us, too. Sometimes, we look at our planet and think it will always be fine, or that nature will “fix itself.” But that’s just the cover. The truth inside is very different.

The Earth: A Home We Take for Granted

(Pause – thoughtful tone)
Have you ever stopped to think about everything Earth gives you? The air you breathe, the water you drink, and the food you eat — all of it comes from this home we often take for granted. Yet, we...

Authorities have just announced that Saint Paul's Bank was robbed yesterday. Two men went into the bank at 9:30, armed with automatic guns. The customers and workers were told to lie down on the floor, and one of the bank clerks was asked at gunpoint to give them all the money. Then, the two robbers left the building quickly.

Local authorities have informed that about 500,000 dollars were stolen yesterday, but fortunately, nobody was injured. Police investigators assured residents that the robbers will be found soon.

Diverse Perspectives: Film Analysis, Personal Profiles, and Social Commentary

English3.1 KB

Titanic: A Timeless Romantic Drama Review

Titanic, directed by James Cameron and starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet, is based on the true story of the tragic sinking of the RMS Titanic in 1912. Set on the luxurious ship, the film follows Jack and Rose, two young individuals from different social backgrounds who fall deeply in love during the ill-fated voyage. There's much to appreciate about this cinematic masterpiece. The love story is emotionally powerful, and the chemistry between the lead actors is exceptional. Additionally, the musical score and visual effects are truly impressive, effectively capturing both the romance and the profound tragedy of the historical event. While not without its minor flaws—it is quite lengthy and

Mandatory or Optional: Volunteering for a Year at 16

English3.13 KB

Should Students Volunteer for a Year at 16?

First of all, encouraging students to volunteer for a charity at 16 can be beneficial in many ways. It helps young people develop important life skills, understand the struggles of others, and become more responsible citizens. However, some argue that requiring all students to participate may be unfair, as individuals have different needs, interests, and responsibilities.

Furthermore, volunteering for a charity teaches students valuable skills such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. It also allows them to experience the challenges faced by less fortunate people, making them more compassionate and socially aware. Additionally, volunteering can be a great opportunity for students to gain...

City vs Country Living: Choosing Your Ideal Lifestyle

English2.12 KB

City vs. Country: Which Lifestyle Suits You?

Many people wonder whether it is better to live in the city or in the country. In my opinion, living in the city is the superior choice.

Advantages of Urban Living

  • Leisure: Abundant entertainment and social venues.

Challenges of Rural Life

Conversely, life in the countryside often presents difficulties with transportation, limited access to services, and increased social isolation. While country life is undeniably more relaxed, I prefer the convenience of the city.
