Detailed Management
The development activity will require the implementation of any soil approved by proper urban planning, as decided by management. Deadlines will be set with maximum and minimum parameters:
- a) The detailed management of the sector.
- b) Implementation of the sector and possible units.
- c) The building of sites.
We must define the mode of urban management and the processes through which the planning output will be realized. Integrated actions will only be considered isolated if a Special Plan is ordered, whether ordinary or to execute works to build in S. UrbC.
Equidistribution
This is the part of the enforcement activity responsible for the distribution of land use and the equitable allocation of burdens and benefits. It always occurs between land attached to the same category and has the following conditions:
- a) In isolated actions, equidistribution results from land subdivision.
- b) In integrated actions, equidistribution always materializes within the totality of the lands included in the corresponding execution unit through the system performance.
Distribution Areas
These are the physical and legal spaces, continuous or discontinuous and territorially delimited by the PG for S. UrbleS, intended to realize equidistribution between the properties affected by each planning action.
All sectors or public networks outside an S. UrbleS form a delivery area. Each distribution area corresponds to a distribution unit utilization, which is the quotient of dividing the sum of the total global urban land use applications from all sectors by the total surface area of distribution:
Unitary Utilization = Sum of Global Harnessing Uses of all sectors / Surface area of distribution.
In S. UbleNS, the unit utilization is the area bounded by the sharing PG for S. UbleS:
- If AprovU > U of R, join Public Networks.
- If AprovU = AprovUReparto, the requirement of equidistribution is met.
- If AprovU < AprovU, the chart may require the municipality's contribution to the cost of development.
