Local Area Improvement Report

Introduction

The aim of this report is to identify necessary improvements in the local area to enhance its appeal and safety. This analysis may also assist the city hall in allocating available funds effectively.

Roads

Located in the north of the town, this area serves as the main entry point to Sagunto. Consequently, roads are severely damaged with numerous potholes. This poses a significant safety risk and could potentially lead to accidents. Repairing the roads is considered essential.

Trees and Green Spaces

Years ago, the area was known for its abundant trees. However, new construction prioritized buildings, and many trees and bushes were removed. The area currently lacks greenery, and residents have repeatedly requested new plantings. This situation affects not only the area's appearance but also local tourism and the economy.

Recommendation

It is recommended that funds be allocated to repair all roads to ensure public safety. Additionally, trees should be replanted to improve the area's aesthetics for both residents and tourists.
