TD MyAdvantage: Trip Management and Activation Steps

Trip Details

• On the Trip Details screen, you can view the specifics of your trip.
• After reviewing the star rating, click View map and 3 events to see specific trip events.
• The yellow icon on the map indicates a medium-severity event that impacted your trip score.
• Click on an event to see more details.

Declining a Trip

• Select Trips to Review.
• Select Review for the trip you wish to address.
• If you were not the driver for this trip, select No.
• You have successfully declined the trip.

Accepting a Trip

• From the TD MyAdvantage Dashboard, click Trips to Review.
• Select Review for the trip you would like to process.
• If you were the driver for this trip, select Yes.
• You have successfully accepted the trip.

Activating on an iOS Device

• To begin, select Activate from the TD MyAdvantage section.
• Select Start Activation.
• After reading the terms and conditions, select Accept.
• After reading the Consent to Handling of Your Data, click Accept.
• Select Start Activation to continue.
• To track trips, we need permission to follow your location. Click Continue to enable location services.
• Select Allow While Using App.
• Select Continue to change your location settings to Always Allow.
• Select Change to Always Allow.
• Select Enable Motion and Fitness.
• Select OK.
• You have successfully activated TD MyAdvantage!

Activation on Android

• Click Activate.
• Click Start Activation.
• After reading the Terms and Conditions, select Accept to continue.
• After reading Consent to Handling of Your Data, select Accept to continue.
• Select Continue to provide permissions.
• Select Continue.
• Select While using the app.
• Select Open Settings.
• Select Allow all the time.
• Select the back arrow to return to setup.
• Select Open Settings.
• Select App battery usage.
• Click on Allow Background Usage.
• Select the radio button for Unrestricted.
• Select the back arrow to continue the activation process.
• Select the back arrow again to return to settings.
• Select the back arrow to continue with activation.
• Select Continue.
• Select Allow.
• Select Continue.
• Select Allow.
• There is one last setting to update. Click on the down arrow to begin enabling notifications.
• Select Open Settings.
• Select Notifications.
• Click on Allow TD Insurance notifications.
• Click on Show unused categories to ensure all options are selected.
• Click on the down arrow to review options.
• Click on the back arrow to return to settings.
• You have successfully activated TD MyAdvantage!
