Dear Selection Committee,
My name is Catalina, and I am a Special Education student at Universidad de O'Higgins in Chile. I am passionate about inclusive education and supporting students with diverse learning needs.
I consider myself a responsible, empathetic, and hardworking person. My strengths include:

- Patience
- Teamwork
Through university activities, I have learned the importance of inclusion and collaboration.
Areas for Improvement and Professional Growth
One of my weaknesses is academic writing and research. To improve this area, I plan to take an Inclusive Education Course, practice writing regularly, and seek guidance from experienced teachers. I believe these actions will help me become a better professional.
Motivation and Future Goals
I chose this course because I want to learn new strategies to support students with diverse educational needs. I believe my empathy and commitment would allow me to contribute positively to inclusive learning environments. My short-term goal is to complete my degree. In the future, I hope to work as a special education teacher and create inclusive classrooms where all students can succeed.

I am a Special Education student at Universidad de O'Higgins. I chose this field because I strongly believe in inclusive education and the importance of providing equal opportunities for all students. My goal is to contribute to their learning and personal development.
Throughout my studies, I have gained knowledge about learning support, teaching strategies, and inclusive classrooms. In addition, my experience working in a fruit packing warehouse and serving at events has helped me develop responsibility, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability.
Core Strengths and Personal Development
My main strengths are empathy, collaboration, and adaptability. I have also developed skills in classroom management and student observation. However, I can be timid in unfamiliar situations. Therefore, I plan to practice, improve, and learn from new experiences.
If selected, I will continue developing my skills and contribute positively to the field of Special Education.
