Innovative Underwater Restaurant Project in Capri, Italy
The Project
The project that we have done is the creation of a restaurant under the sea. The restaurant will be located on the island of Capri, Italy; near the Blue Grotto. So, the space going to be completely crystallized and we will have the dining area, with a capacity for 100 diners.

The target market will be customers of high acquisition who want to enjoy a unique and different experience. The values that we will consider when we will select staff are mainly the languages: English, Spanish, Italian, and French. The restaurant will have three food shifts: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It has two stages, one of them will be in the restaurant which is smaller. Here, we will have live music. The other stage is for parties and Dj.
For conclusion, the idea is that anyone who wants can enjoy the experience, being a unique and innovative restaurant.
My latest practical training at hotel campus has been the reception. Have been a few practices fun that we have learned to do check-in, check-out, how the department of housekeeping. For example to do the check-in I learned how to use the program Tesipro that serves to make the registration of the client to the hotel. I have also learned how to clean rooms and how to assemble a bed. Everything and so, I think I like more the department of food and beverage because it is more fun and gives me better. Thanks to these practices I was able to go to work in easier at the hotel arts five days. In two weeks I will practice cooking and I think I like this department but until they do I do not know, I hope it is so!
This summer I will go to work as a waiter in a hotel in London. I will live in a residence very near to the hotel. I will do well to continue learning and improve my English. I will do well to continue learning as a waiter and to improve my English because is very necessary in my career. I will be two months, in which I hope to see many things in London and interacting with people from other countries. When I return I will go a few days to the mountains to relax and I will start the third course of hotel management.
