Autonomy Plan

The Autonomy Plan is an improvement strategy designed to enhance educational results and foster social cohesion. To implement this effectively, schools must identify their specific strengths and weaknesses through a collaborative analysis involving students, teachers, and staff.

Implementation Process

• Analysis: Evaluate current school performance.
• Agreement: Develop a formal plan and sign an agreement with the Department of Education (DoE).
• Strategy: Define clear goals, specific strategies, and actionable steps.
• Execution: Establish an annual plan followed by a comprehensive annual evaluation.

This project is authored by the school and approved by the DoE, which provides the necessary resources. Success relies on the active participation of the entire educational community, including parents and students, who contribute essential ideas and tools.

Diversity Plan

The Diversity Plan is a document outlining measures schools carry out to provide personalized learning for all students. It establishes classroom programs tailored to individual needs, acknowledging that every student requires unique attention.

Teacher Responsibilities

• Identify school program objectives and the most effective methods to achieve them.
• Prepare activities with varying levels of complexity.
• Develop new learning materials for the classroom.
• Implement strengthening measures for students requiring additional support.

Plan Structure and Monitoring

The process follows four key steps: Check, Foresee, Prepare, and Evaluate. While the tutor is responsible for monitoring and coordination, the school director must approve the plan. Required data includes:

ICT Plan

The ICT Plan is an institutional document that defines a school's relationship with Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).

• Structure: Plan definition, situational analysis, objectives, procedures, and evaluation guidelines.
