Toronto: Canada's Vibrant Metropolis

Toronto is the largest city in Canada, with a population of about two and a half million people. It is home to diverse ethnic groups, and residents speak more than one hundred different languages! It is truly fascinating.

Must-See Toronto Attractions

  • Landmarks: Start your visit at the iconic monuments.
  • Views: Enjoy breathtaking city vistas.
  • Sports: If you are a sports fan, you must visit the stadium, which features a retractable roof.

Culture, Dining, and Atmosphere

Toronto is a vibrant cultural hub. You can enjoy numerous plays and shows in the theatre, and the city hosts great street festivals. Dining is never a problem, as the city offers a wide variety of fabulous restaurants. Alternatively, you can shop at the local market, which is rated as one of the top twenty-five markets in the world.

The best thing about Toronto is that it is very safe and relaxed, allowing you to walk around and soak up the atmosphere without any concerns. I highly recommend a visit.

Formal Complaint Regarding Hotel Stay

I am writing to formally complain about my recent weekend stay at your hotel. It was, as your advertisement stated, a weekend I will never forget, and I would like to request a full refund of my bill.

Issues Encountered

  • Room Quality: I was promised a relaxing weekend in beautiful rooms with wonderful views. However, from my bedroom window, I could only see the busy main road and the hotel car park.
  • Facilities: My individual bathroom facilities consisted only of a hand basin in the corner of the room, requiring me to use a shared bathroom along the corridor.
  • Staff Conduct: When the staff were informed of these problems, they expressed no interest and failed to improve my stay.
  • Location: The hotel was a fifteen-minute walk from the beach, which was particularly disappointing.

Conclusion

I will not be visiting your hotel again, nor will I be recommending it to my friends or colleagues. I have also written to the editor of the newspaper where you advertise to point out the inaccuracies in your listing. I trust these issues will be rectified as soon as possible.

I look forward to hearing from you regarding my complaint and receiving a full refund.

Yours faithfully.
