My Brother: A Talented and Strong Young Athlete

My brother is twelve years old and lives in Jaén with my parents. He is of medium height, about 1.50 meters, with blue eyes and blond hair. He hasn't got many muscles because he is still a child, but he is very strong for his age. He practices a lot of sports:

• He plays football for a local team.
• He plays padel.
• He practices skiing every winter.

Last summer, he won a championship in our town; he plays very well! My brother and I go to the Sierra each year. He has been skiing for seven years; he started as a young child and now he is very fast. He doesn't like school, saying: "School is very boring!" He can be a little lazy, but sometimes he is quiet and responsible. Although he is very untidy, he always helps my mother. I remember when I was a child, I was even more untidy than him! He is a very good and fantastic brother. He worries about the family and is always giving presents. I hope he never changes.

Unforgettable Memories in the Dominican Republic

Five years ago, I visited the Dominican Republic, an island in the Caribbean Sea located near the American continent. When I arrived, the first things I saw were big trees, exotic plants, and animals; it was very beautiful and colorful. When I got off the airplane, I saw many people singing and dancing; everyone seemed very happy. The days were very hot, but it was not bad. When I arrived at the hotel, I could see the beach—it was stunning! The water was warm and clear; I could stay in it all day. There were many people from different countries, usually Europeans and Americans. At the hotel, you could enjoy many activities, such as:

• Surfing
• Tennis
• Football

My room had a bathroom with a jacuzzi and a large bedroom overlooking the pool. Finally, I would like to say that this place is a wonderful destination for a holiday. If you could go there and spend a few days with your family, friends, or partner, you would never forget it. I highly recommend it!
