The Encounter on the Train
Hiro meets a man with gray hair and a gray raincoat, wearing a broad smile with very sharp teeth that remind him of a shark. The man approaches Hiro and asks for permission to sit. During the journey, Hiro and the man inadvertently exchange mobile phones. When Hiro goes to the restroom, he realizes he has the wrong phone and reads a message from a murderer.
Arrival in Berlin
Hiro misses Akiko and cannot stop thinking about her. Upon arriving in Berlin, the man insists on accompanying Hiro to his platform. Hiro realizes the man is getting too close with the intention of pushing him. Hiro goes to the police station to explain everything, but they do not believe him.
The Mission to Stop a Murder
It turns out that "Shark" is a professional killer who has come to Berlin to commit a murder. Determined to do the right thing, Hiro attempts to stop the crime. He discovers that the killer is disguised as a priest to remain discreet. As the tension peaks, the shark points a gun at Hiro's head, leading Hiro to lament, "I wish I'd picked another seat on the train."
