- Wall Calendar: A paper display showing 12 months divided into weeks and days. *I have to erase an appointment on the wall calendar.
- Up to Date: Containing the latest information. *I bought a diary to stay up to date.
- Appointment: A formal arrangement to meet or visit.
- Erase: To remove something. *I have to erase an appointment on the wall calendar.
- Deadline: A specific time or day by which something must be done. *In the electronic planner, I have the deadlines to deliver the work.
- Priority: Something that is very important. *I only use the electronic planner for priority tasks.

- Plan: A set of decisions about future actions. *My plan for tomorrow is to get up early and study.

- Waste Time: To lose time unnecessarily. *I can't waste my time today because I am very busy.
- Quarter to: A way of expressing time (15 minutes before the hour). *I have a break at a quarter to eleven.
- Spend Time: Time devoted to a specific activity. *Today I have time to spend with my friends.
- Break: A period of rest. *I have a break at a quarter to eleven.
- Quarter past: A way of expressing time (15 minutes after the hour). *I usually have dinner at a quarter past nine.
- Sharp: The exact time indicated by the clock. *Book a table to eat at 2 sharp.
- Book a Table: To reserve a place to eat.
- Half past: Thirty minutes past the hour. *I usually have dinner at half past nine.
