The Impact of Consumerism on Our Planet
Many people buy more things than they need, and few people buy only what they need to live. In my opinion, people are very comfortable and buy unnecessary things; what they should do is buy only the necessary.
The Environmental Cost of Excess
Buying less is better because consumption contributes to environmental problems, and this results in global warming. In addition, people would be happier without many luxuries and comforts. To my mind, society should change.
Economic Benefits vs. Ecological Health
Consumerism helps the economy; however, it is not healthy for the environment.
In conclusion, although I agree that it is better to reduce consumption and reuse products, I also think that consumption helps the economies of countries.
The Role of Advertising in Environmental Awareness
Advertising is in our environment and informs us about many things, such as the environment. In my opinion, publicity is good to inform people about the environmental state of the planet.
Media Influence and Public Perception
If people recycled more and cared for the planet as a result of different advertising campaigns, the world would benefit. In addition, people want a healthier planet for their children. To my mind, this world needs more attention and recycling.
Today, the media are very good at publicizing; however, they only teach what interests them because sometimes they prefer not to show the reality.
In conclusion, although I agree with advertising, I also think that people should become more aware of the situation.
