Francoist: Francoism was the name given to the Authoritarian regime imposed by Franco in Spain between (1939-1975). Franco Maintained the same ideological principles that formed the basis of Francoism: –Anti-liberalism And anti-communism-Franco believed Spain should be unified, centralized and Catholic rather than culturally and religiously diverse. All political and military power was concentrated In his hands, The Falange was the only political party that was permited. Foreign policy was characterized in two phases: International Isolation(1946-1951) the victorious allied powers blocked Spain from Participation of the UN International integration(1951-1962) the Western-Bloc Countries became more favorable towards the regime.
